My new apartment
I finally bought a place down by the ocean. It is in Zushi and less than 100m from the beach. I signed the contract last week and the deal should close by the end of the month. Of course...this is very exciting!!

The apartment itself needs a lot of work. It is a 60-square meter 3LDK and the previous tenant lived there for 20 years and had a unusual affinity for the color pink. I will change it to a two-bedroom and completely renovate the place. That should be interesting. I am hoping to have it done by July 20th...that is when the Zushi Fireworks are.
